1. 2.3. Start of "Ultra 50K" distance - 7:00

2.4. Start of "Fun 2K"; "Beginner 10K"; "Half 21K" distances - 10:00
3. Organizers of the Event
3. The organizer of the event is:

Art and Culture Development Foundation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Partners:

- Khokimiyat of Jizzakh region;

3.2. The distribution of rights and obligations between the Organizers and General Partners in relation to the Event, as well as the personal composition of the organizing committee of the Event, was approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 277-F of 04.05.2021.
4. Description of the format and rules of the Event
4.1. The event includes several types of races at various distances and related cultural events for participants and guests.

4.1.1. Cultural events are held in order to create conditions for informal recreation of participants and guests and may include educational and interactive platforms, a concert program on stage.

4.1.2. The event includes the following disciplines:
"Fun 2K" (2 km) 30 minutes Over 16 years old
"Beginner 10K" (10 km) 2 hours Over 16 years old
"Half 21K" (21 km) 4 hours Over 18 years old
"Ultra 50K" (50 km) 8 ocloc'k 18 to 55 years old

4.1.2.1. Discipline "Fun 2K"

Discipline is held at a distance of 2 km.

· The distance runs in 1 circle, the configuration of the route is available on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

· Participation in the discipline is allowed for participants over 16 years old (inclusive), who have the start number of the event and the participant's receipt, filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

· Participants of age 16-17 must additionally provide the original parental consent to participate in the 2 km race, filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.1.2.2. Discipline "Beginner 10K"

Discipline is held at a distance of 10 km.

· The distance runs in 1 circle, the configuration of the route is available on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

Participation in the discipline is allowed for participants over 16 years old (inclusive), who have the start number of the event and the participant's receipt, filled out according to the model posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

Participants aged 16-17 must additionally provide the original parental consent to participate in the 10 km race, filled out according to sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.1.2.3. Discipline "Half 21K"

· Discipline is held at a distance 21 km.

· The distance runs in 1 circle, the configuration of the route is available on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

Participation in the discipline is allowed for participants over 18 years of age (inclusive), having a start number of the event and a participant's receipt filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.1.2.4. Discipline "Ultra 50K"

The discipline is held at a distance of 50 km.

· The distance runs in 1 circle, the configuration of the route is available on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

· Participation in the discipline is allowed for participants over 18 years old (inclusive), who have the start number of the event, the participant's receipt, filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ .

· Qualification requirements: provide confirmed results for 2019-2021 at distances (21km, 42km).

Mandatory equipment

- Whistle;

- Rescue blanket;

- Moisture and wind -protective jacket with a hood with glued seams;

- Headwear - cap, bandana or hat;

The Organizing Committee recommends the use of sunglasses and sunscreen.

- If the qualification of the declared participant is not confirmed, the organizers transfer him to a lower distance (21 km).

4.1.3. The participant independently evaluates the level of his preparation and determines in which race he participates.

4.1.4. In order for the participants to comply with the rules of running events, the Event Organizers involve sports judges.

4.1.5. Trekking poles are allowed .

4.1.6. Limit of the number of participants of the Event: 800 people, including:

Fun 2K - 250 slots;

Beginner 10K - 300 slots;

Half 21K– 200 slots;

Ultra 50K– 50 slots.

4.1.7. Track description:

– circle length: 25 km;

– track of the route: the track is looped;

– the main surface of the track: asphalt.

4.1.8. Start location: Republic of Uzbekistan, Jizzakh region, Zaamin National Natural Park, Zaamin-Bakhmal highway ( 4P40 ), the bank of the Kattashir mountain stream .

4.1.9. Finish Location: The finish line is at the starting point.

4.1.10. At distances 10 km, 21 km, 50 km every 5 km of the route there are food points available to participants, depending on weather conditions, food points can be located every 3 km. Food outlets offer water, sports drink, cola/pepsi, fruits.

4.1.11. The schedule of the starts of the distances and related cultural and entertainment events is published on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ no later than two weeks before the date of the running event.

4.1.12. Categories of participants.

a ) Runners from 16 years of age and older are allowed to participate in the Event. The age category of the participant is indicated when registering on the website https://samarkandhalfmarathon.uz/ or in a corporate application submitted in accordance with the established form and rules.

Corporate applications are accepted by email: halfmarathon@acdf.uz. The applicant receives all the details of filing a corporate application in a reply letter.

The age of the participant is determined by the number of full years on the day of the running event.

Participants of age from 16 to 17 inclusive are allowed to the Event accompanied by adults - legal representatives or group leader. In addition to the documents specified in clause 4.2.7.2 of these Regulations, for the admission of a minor participant to participate in the Event, the legal representative of the minor participant must provide a document confirming the authority of the legal representative.

Such a document could be:

- ID , a passport proving the identity of the parent, containing the mark of the registry office on the registration of the child's birth;

- ID , passport or other document proving the identity of the parent, with the presentation of the birth certificate of the child, if the passport does not contain a mark of the registry office on registration of the birth of the child;

– certificate of the guardian upon presentation of a document proving the identity of the guardian;

– other documents confirming the powers of the legal representative of the minor participant.

Or a participant of age from 16 to 17 inclusive must provide the original consent from the parents, filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ .

b) Age categories of participants:
Beginner 10K 16-17, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55+;
Half 21K 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55+;
Ultra 50K 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-55;

4.1.13. The procedure for summing up and awarding.

a) The result of each participant of the Event who has overcome the distance for which he was registered is recorded in the final protocol and published on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

b) All finishing participants are awarded commemorative medals with the symbols of the Event.

c) Summing up in the disciplines: "Ultra 50K", "Half 21K", "Beginner 10K", "Fun 2K" - is carried out based on the net time of passing the distance (the difference between the time of leaving the starting gate and the time of crossing the finish line).

d) Awarding of winners according to the results in the discipline "Fun 2K" is held:

absolute offset: not carried out;

by age categories: not carried out;

e) Awarding of winners according to the results in the discipline "Beginner 10K" is carried out:

absolute standings: 1-5 places (men and women);

by age categories: 1st place (boys and girls, 16-17 years old, men and women, 35-39 years old, 40-44 years old, 45-49 , 55+ years).

f) Awarding the winners according to the results in the discipline "Half 21K" held:

absolute standings: 1-5 places (men and women);

by age categories: 1st place (men and women, 35-39 years old, 40-44 years old, 45-49 years old , 55+ years old).

g) Awarding of the winners according to the results in the discipline "Ultra 50K" is carried out:

absolute standings: 1-5 places (men and women);

by age categories: 1st place (men and women, 35-39 years old, 40-44 years old, 45-49 years old , 50-55 years old).

h) The awarding of the winners in age categories and in the absolute standings is carried out after the formation of preliminary protocols. The results are posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

i) The organizer reserves the right to require the first 10 finishers of the course to provide an identity document.

j) Winners and prize-winners in all disciplines are awarded with valuable prizes by decision of the Organizer.

4.1.14. Restrictions, prohibitions, disqualification.

a) A participant who is in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication is not allowed (including disqualified) from a running event.

b) The medical worker accompanying the Event has the right to prevent the participant from starting or remove him from the race on the basis of a visual examination (as agreed with the Chief Judge).

c) If the participant did not go to the start at the time established by the Regulations on a specific running event, he is assigned the DNS status ( Did not start ) in the final protocol.

d) If the participant has not crossed the finish arch (left the race), he is assigned the status DNF ( Did not finish ) in the final protocol.

e) In case of disqualification of the participant, he is assigned the status DQ ( Disqualified ) in the final protocol.

f) The participant can be disqualified, and his results canceled both during the running event and after, by decision of the Chief Judge and the working committee of the running event.

g) The organizers reserve the right to refuse registration to a participant in case of reasonable doubt that the participant is physically capable of covering the distance, or if his participation threatens his life and health, or if the athlete's participation in the competition may damage the image of the competition. In this case, the participant is provided with an email response explaining the reasons. If at the time of refusal the participant has paid the entry fee, then it is returned to him in full.

h) Reasons for disqualification:

1) the competitor has changed his start number;

2) the participant started from a cluster not of his distance;

3) the participant started before the official start of the competition or after the close of the start;

4) the race participant used mechanical means of transportation;

5) the participant does not have a chip reading at any intermediate point of the course;

6) the participant went to the start under the start number registered to another participant;

7) the participant ran the wrong distance for which he registered;

8) a participant on the course is accompanied by a runner without a number or a cyclist who is not related to refereeing;

9) the participant started, ran or finished the race with children in strollers, special backpacks and other devices for carrying / transporting children;

10) the participant used equipment, equipment or objects that could interfere with or harm other participants in the competition (including flags on poles);

11) the participant overcame the distance not in accordance with the marking of the route;

12) the participant shortened (cut off) the distance;

13) the participant overcame the distance without a personal start number received during registration, or hid the start number under the clothes;

14 ) the participant covered the distance with more than one number (the number assigned to the participant in the start protocol and the number of another participant).

i) If the final protocol does not contain data on the passage of checkpoints by the participant, information confirming the fact of the participant's presence on the track may be accepted for consideration. The decision to consider the specified information, as well as the decision based on the results of the consideration of the specified information, is made by the Chief Judge and the working commission.

4.1.15. Protests and Appeals.

a) Each competitor may protest against the result contained in the published preliminary scoresheet.

b) Rules and deadlines for filing a protest.

The protest must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

The protest must contain the last name and first name, start number, distance, the essence of the claim and attached materials that will help correct the inaccuracy.

Protests are accepted only from participants or from their official representatives until June 3, 2022 by e-mail halfmarathon@acdf.uz.

c) The term for consideration of the protest is 5 working days.

4.2. Registration of participants in the running event.

4.2.1. Applications for participation in the running event are submitted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.2.2. Electronic registration of participants for the running event ends at 23:59 (Tashkent time) on May 20, 2022 or earlier if the limit on the number of participants is reached.

If the limits on the number of participants are not closed, the Organizers reserve the right to extend the registration period.

Information on the extension of the registration period will be posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.2.3. Registration of participants on the day of the running event is not carried out.

4.2.4. All participants are assigned starting numbers. The participant must participate in the running event under his number. The transfer of the start number to another participant is allowed only in accordance with the rules for delegation (transfer) of the right to participate, specified in the public contract-offer, which the participant gets acquainted with during electronic registration.

4.2.5. A participant who has applied for participation, paid for participation (if necessary) and received confirmation of registration is considered registered.

4.2.6. A sign of a participant's admission to a running event is the issuance of a start package to him.

4.2.7. The issuance of starter packs will be carried out in Tashkent on May 26. At the venue of the race on May 28. Place of issue and time will be posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/;

4.2.7.1. Upon receipt of the starter pack in person, the participant must present:

– original document proving identity and age;

- a receipt of the participant, filled out according to the sample posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ ;

- for participants aged 16-17 additionally: the original consent from the parents to participate in the discipline "Fun 2K" , filled out according to the model posted on the website https://zaminultra.uz/ .

4.2.7.2. When receiving a starter package through an authorized representative, you must present:

– own passport of the authorized person in the original;

– a copy of the passport of the participant of the running event;

- by hand, on the back of a copy of the passport, a receipt must be written that the participant entrusts the receipt of his start package to an authorized person;

- the original receipt of the participant, filled out according to the model posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ ;

- for participants of age from 16-17 years additionally: the original consent from the parents to participate in the 2 km race, filled out according to the model posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ or the personal presence of one of the parents upon receipt of the start package upon presentation documents specified in clause 4.1.11.

4.2.8. Surname, name and patronymic (if any) of the participant, indicated by him during registration on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ must match the passport data. Otherwise, the competitor may be denied admission to the running event.

4.3. Services provided to participants as part of a running event.

The participant is provided with the following services:

– starter pack of the participant;

– individual timing;

- the result in the final protocol;

– service at food points on the route;

– automatic photo search service;

– video filming on separate sections of the distance;

– electronic certificate of the participant posted on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ ;

– first aid throughout the route (if necessary);

– finisher medal;

– chainging rooms, wardrobe, toilets;

- cultural and entertainment program.

4.4. Starter package for a participant in a running event.

4.4.1. Starter pack for "Ultra 50K" races; "Half 21K"; "Beginner 10K" ; "Fun 2K" includes:

- starting number;

– individual chip for timing;

– information booklet;

- branded bag

- cap;

- a t-shirt with the symbols of the event.

4.4.2. Issuance of start packages is carried out only to registered participants, upon submission of the documents specified in clause 4.2.7.

Information about the place of preliminary issuance of starter packs is published on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ no later than two weeks before the running event.

4.5. Fee for participation in a running event.

4.5.1. The amount of the participation fee for the running event:
07.04.2022 – 20.05.2022 (23:59 Tashkent time)
Fun 2K - 100 000 sum
Beginner 10K, Half 21K, Ultra 50K - 150 000 sum

4.5.2. The participation fee is paid after filling out the registration form in Latin letters on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.5.3. Payment Methods:

– in on-line mode by bank cards of Visa International , MasterCard , Maestro , Mir, Uzcard , Humo , Payme , Apelsin payment systems. The details required for making a payment are indicated on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

4.5.4. If a running event is canceled, the participation fee will not be refunded.

4.5.5. It is impossible to cancel the paid registration and return the money.

4.6. Safety and responsibility of participants in running events.

4.6.1. In order to ensure the safety of spectators and participants, the Event is held with the involvement of the forces of the National Guard , the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc.

4.6.2. Each participant is obliged to independently monitor their health and undergo a medical examination for contraindications to prolonged physical exertion.

4.6.3. Participants of the Event, if necessary, during the running event throughout the route are provided with emergency medical services, as well as the services of doctors in the start and finish area.

4.6.4. The Event Organizers are not responsible for loss of life or injury to a participant, loss of or damage to a participant's property, or any physical injury to a participant that occurs during the Event. This provision is valid before, during and after official dates of the running event.

4.7. Participant insurance.

4.7.1. The organizers of the Event recommend that the participants of the running event have a life and health insurance policy for the participant against accidents.

4.7.2. Voluntary insurance is carried out on the basis of an agreement concluded between the insurer (the insurance company chosen by the participant) and the insured (participant).

4.8. Photo and video filming of the event.

4.8.1. The organizers carry out photo and video filming of the event without restrictions.

4.8.2. The organizers reserve the right to use the materials they received during the event at their own discretion within the framework of the statutory activities, as well as advertising of running events.
5. Conditions for changing and canceling running events
5.1. A running event may be canceled or amended due to extraordinary, unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances that could not reasonably be expected, or avoided or overcome, and beyond the control of the Organizers. In particular, such circumstances include: natural disasters (earthquake, flood, hurricane); wind gusts over 15 meters per second (inclusive); air temperature below minus 25 or above plus 30 degrees Celsius (inclusive); rainfall of 20 mm or more in 12 hours or less; events, phenomena that the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Uzbekistan recognizes as emergency and warns of their possible occurrence; fire; mass diseases (epidemics, pandemics); strikes; war activities; Act of terrorism; sabotage; traffic restrictions; prohibitive measures of states; prohibition of trade operations, including with individual countries, due to the adoption of international sanctions; acts, actions, inaction of public authorities, local self-government; other circumstances beyond the control of the Organizers.

5.2. In the event of the occurrence or threat of occurrence of the above circumstances, as a result of which the running event is subject to cancellation or change, the participants who have registered to take part in the running event are notified by SMS to the phone number or email address specified during the registration process.

6. Terms of financing the Event
6.1. The costs of organizing and holding the Event are covered by:

- funds of the Art and Culture Development Foundation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

– charitable donations of individuals and legal entities;

- other sources not prohibited by law.

6.2. Payment of entry fees, expenses for business trips of non-resident participants (travel, accommodation, meals, daily allowance) is carried out by the sending organizations or the participants themselves.
7. Final provisions
7.1. This Regulation is an official invitation-challenge to participate in the Event.

7.2. Cases and situations not described in this Regulation are considered by the Organizers on an individual basis, taking into account the norms of republican, regional, municipal legal acts, these Regulations.

7.3. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to these Regulations.
Public contract-offer for the provision of services for electronic registration, organizing and conducting Zaamin Ultra.

This document is a public offer agreement of the Fund for the Development of Culture and Arts (hereinafter referred to as the Fund, referred to as the "organizer") to individuals (hereinafter referred to as the participants of Zaamin Ultra 2022) and contains all essential conditions for the provision of services, which are the subject of this agreement.
In accordance with the clause with the requirements of the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, if the conditions set out below are accepted and the services are paid, an individual who accepts this offer becomes a participant in the Zaamin Ultra 2022 race (in accordance with Article 370-372 of the Civil Code, acceptance of an offer is equivalent to concluding an agreement on the terms set out in the offer), and the organizer and participant of Zaamin Ultra 2022 jointly - the parties to the public offer contract.
In connection with the above, carefully read the text of this public offer agreement. If you do not agree with any clause of this agreement, the organizer offers you the right to refuse to use the services.
1. Subject of the offer agreement
1.1. The subject of this offer agreement is to provide a person wishing to take part in the Zaamin Ultra 2022 race, organized by the Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the Event), services in the form of organizing and holding an event in the manner and on the terms provided for in this agreement, including services for electronic registration as a participant in the event for the selected distance, but not limited to them.

1.2. The parties agree that the organizer has the right to change the venue of the event at any time due to weather and other conditions while maintaining the distance parameters, as well as its name.

1.3. A set of services for the Race and the Participant's participation in it

the race includes:

• services for electronic registration as a Participant of the Event for the distance chosen by the participant by the type of race: Ultra 50K, Half 21K, Beginner 10K, Fun 2K;

• services for holding the Event and participation of the Event Participant in it;

1.4. The organizer (Fund) is responsible for the quality of the services provided under this agreement.

2. The moment of the conclusion of the contract
2.1. The text of this agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Article 369 of the Civil Code).

2.2. Acceptance of the offer means full and unconditional acceptance by the participant

measures of all the conditions of this agreement without any exceptions and / or restrictions and is tantamount to the conclusion of a written agreement.

2.3. To accept the offer, the event participant takes the following steps in sequence:

2.3.2. Carries out electronic registration for the selected distance and

payment of the cost of the registration fee on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

2.4. The performance by the event participant of actions to pay the cost of the registration fee testifies to the full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) by the event participant of the terms of this agreement and is tantamount to the conclusion of a written agreement.

2.5. This agreement is considered the basic document in the official relationship between the participant of the event and the organizer.

The participant of the event guarantees that all the terms of this agreement are clear to him, and he accepts them unconditionally and in full.

3. Rights and obligations of the parties
3.1. The event participant has the right:

3.1.1. Carry out electronic registration for participation in races in one of five disciplines:

Ultra 50K, Half 21K, Beginner 10K, Fun 2K, Nordic Walking 2K.

3.2. The organizer has the right:

3.2.1. Require the event participant to adhere to all the rules contained in this public offer agreement and the corresponding Event Regulations.

3.2.2. Require the event participant to fully agree with the terms of this agreement when registering and paying the registration fee.

If the participant of the Event refuses to agree with the terms of this agreement, refuse to register the applicant for participation in the Event.

3.2.3. Without any compensation or responsibility, use photo, audio and / or video materials with the participation of the event participant in promotional, advertising and other publications in the printing industry, on radio, television, on the Internet and other sources without limiting the terms and places of use of these materials, as well as the right to edit such materials and transfer them to third parties.

3.2.4. Disqualify an event participant in the following cases:

• if the participant started before the official start of the competition or after the close of the start;

• if the participant of the race used mechanical means of transportation;

• for unsportsmanlike behavior at the event.

The decision on disqualification is made by the working committee of the Event.

3.3. The participant of the event is obliged:

3.3.1. Agree to the terms of this agreement. In case of disagreement,

registration as a participant of the event is not carried out. If the participant of the event paid the registration fee, then he accepted all the terms of this agreement.

3.3.2. Read in detail the terms of this public offer agreement, the Regulations on the Event on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/ and comply with all their provisions.

3.3.3. If you do not find, do not find the relevant documents on the specified site of the organizer, contact the organizer, and only after familiarizing yourself with these documents, proceed to registration for participation in the Event. The organizer is not responsible for the actions of the participant of the Event, made as a result of incorrect understanding by the participant of the Event of the meaning of the text of the submitted documents.

3.3.4. Read and accept the size of the registration fee before paying it.

3.3.5. Pay the registration fee in full using the payment methods suggested by the organizer.

3.4. The organizer is obliged:

3.4.1. Provide the participant of the Event with the right to carry out electronic registration for participation in the Event for the distance chosen by him strictly on the terms of this agreement.

3.4.2. If the Event participant agrees with the terms of this agreement, accept payment of the registration fee.

3.4.3 During the race, the participant must comply with all precautions to protect against the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19), in particular, maintain the recommended distance from other people and wear a medical mask.

4. Settlement procedure
4.1. The event participant pays the registration fee and the cost of the re-registration service using bank cards of Visa International, MasterCard, Uzcard, Mir, Humo .

4.2 The price for the registration fee is indicated in the national currency of the Republic of Uzbekistan - sum.

4.3. When paying the registration fee, starting from the date of the official opening of registration for the competition, the organizer sets the following amounts of the registration fee:

Registration fee:

For registration for distance (Fun 2K) - 100,000 sum.

For registration for distance (Ultra 50K, Half 21K, Beginner 10K) - 150,000 soums.

4.4. Distance change

4.4.1. Re-registration can be carried out no later than May 10, 2022.

4.4.2. Re-registration is not possible if the limit of participants for the desired distance is exhausted.

4.4.3. The difference in payment for re-registration with a lower registration fee is not refundable.

4.5. To re-register, a race participant must contact the technical support service halfmarathon@acdf.uz. Reception and processing of requests is carried out on a first come, first served basis and may take up to 3 days.

5. Selected Provisions Regarding Electronic Registration
5.1. When registering electronically as a participant in the Event, the Event participant in any case undertakes to provide full information about himself, filling in all the required fields of the registration web form. If such information is not provided, as well as if false or invalid information is provided, the organizer has the right to refuse a Event participant in electronic registration as a participant in the race.

5.2. The Event participant accepts and agrees that he is fully responsible for providing false or invalid information.

6. Responsibilities of the parties
6.1. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the terms of this agreement.

6.2. The organizer is not responsible for ignorance or non-compliance by the event participant with the requirements and rules established by the organizer.

6.3. The organizer is not responsible for any losses and moral harm incurred by the participant of the Event as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this agreement and the corresponding Regulations on the Event.

6.4. The organizer is not responsible for damage or damage caused to the participant of the Event and / or his property during the Event, unless such damage or damage was not admitted by the organizer through negligence or deliberately as a result of neglect of his duties towards the participant of the Event.

6.5. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or damage caused to the participant and / or his property during the Event due to their fault caused by concomitant circumstances.

6.6 The organizer is not responsible for underage participants. Parents or guardians are solely responsible.

6.7. By participating in the Event, the participant confirms that he is in proper physical shape and regularly undergoes medical examinations in order to ensure the safety of participation in the Event for his health, does not have any medical or other health restrictions that may endanger or limit him participation in the Event, among other things, has no contraindications to prolonged physical activity, and his state of health allows him to participate in the Event, and assumes all the risks and negative consequences associated with violation of this condition.

6.8. The participant is responsible for complying with the quarantine measures (if any) imposed at the place of participation. In the event that participation in an event contradicts the requirements of quarantine measures, the participant must refuse to participate in the event.

7. Circumstances of force majeure (Force Majeure)
7.1. The parties are released from liability for full or partial failure to fulfill their obligations under this agreement, if such failure was the result of force majeure circumstances (force majeure).

7.2. Force majeure includes: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, hostilities, pandemics and epidemics, a nationwide crisis, strikes in an industry or region, actions and decisions of state authorities, disruptions in telecommunications and energy networks, the action of malware, as well as unfair actions of third parties, expressed in actions aimed at unauthorized access and / or disabling the software and / or hardware complex (payment system, etc.) of each of the Parties.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1. Leaving data on the site, the Event Participant agrees with the Privacy and Information Protection Policy.

8.2. The administration of the site http://zaaminultra.uz (hereinafter referred to as the Site) cannot transfer or disclose information provided by the Event Participant when registering and using the site's functions to third parties, except as described by the legislation of the country in which the user operates.

8.3. For communication on the site, the Event Participant is obliged to enter some personal information. To verify the provided data, the site reserves the right to require proof of identity online or offline.

8.4. The site uses the personal information of the Event Participant for maintenance and to improve the quality of the services provided. Some of the personal information can be provided to the bank or payment system, if the provision of this information is due to the procedure for transferring funds to the payment system, the services of which the User wishes to use. The site makes every effort to preserve the safety of the personal data of the Event Participant. Personal information can be disclosed in cases described by law or when the administration considers such actions necessary to comply with the legal procedure, court order or legal process necessary for the Participant to work with the Site. 8.5. After the Participant of the event has specified the data, he receives a message confirming his successful registration. The event participant has the right to stop receiving newsletters at any time by using the appropriate service on the Site.

8.6. The site may contain links to other sites. The site is not responsible for the content, quality and security policies of those sites. This privacy statement applies only to information posted directly on the site.

8.7. The site ensures the safety of the User's account from unauthorized access.

8.8. The site reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy without further notice. The innovations come into force from the moment of their publication. Event participants can track changes to the Privacy Policy on their own.
9. Modification and termination of the contract
9.1. This agreement comes into force from the moment of registration and payment of the registration fee by the event participant.

9.2. The service under this Agreement is considered to be provided from the moment the participant receives a letter confirming participation in the event or this message in the participant's personal account located on the website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

9.3. The organizer has the right to change the terms of this agreement without prior notice to the participants of the Event.

9.4. If the time of entry into force of the amendments to this agreement is not specifically stipulated, they begin to operate from the moment they are published on the Event website https://zaaminultra.uz/.

10. Dispute Resolution
10.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from the fulfillment of obligations by the Parties under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations, in a claim procedure. If it is impossible to eliminate them, the Parties have the right to apply for judicial protection of their interests to the court at the location of the organizer.

10.2. The applicable law is the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
